Key Qualifications:

Valid School Psychologist certification/license in Ohio Experience with PreK student assessments and conducting comprehensive evaluations Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting impactful reports Flexibility to adapt to full-time or part-time scheduling Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases efficiently Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform thorough PreK evaluations to identify students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs Interpret assessment results and share findings with parents, staff, and other stakeholders Develop actionable recommendations and interventions for student support Work closely with teachers, counselors, and special education teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in eligibility, IEP, and other school team meetings as required
