3007324608-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Seabright School and Therapy Staffing seeks a School Psychologist to support K-12 students in partner districts across the Charlotte, NC area. In this hybrid role, you will complete psychoeducational evaluations, participate in IEP and MTSS processes, and collaborate with educators and families to design effective academic, behavioral, and social emotional interventions. Responsibilities include counseling, consultation, crisis support, and compliance documentation. Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning Develop, interpret, and share assessment reports with IEP teams, families, and school staff Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and behavior Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to design interventions Participate in IEP and
MTSS/RTI
meetings and contribute to eligibility and placement decisions Consult with teachers and families on behavior plans, accommodations, and classroom strategies Support crisis response and risk assessments as needed within school guidelines Maintain timely, compliant documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards Travel on-site to partner schools as needed while completing some work remotely Engage in ongoing professional development and collaboration with Seabright's clinical team Required Skills Psychoeducational assessment Report writing and interpretation IEP development and participation
