W2 employment Conduct assessments for students with learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs Recommend evidence-based interventions, accommodations, and supports for special education Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings — documentation, communication, follow-through Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and community partners Guide educators on instructional strategies, behavioral interventions, and IEP implementation Coordinate new student referrals and support families through placement Maintain compliant documentation per state and school guidelines Serve as administrative designee when needed What You Bring Bachelor's degree required Specialist-level graduate degree in School Psychology (Ed.
