Key Qualifications and Experience:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution Valid and current state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience providing mental health counseling to adolescents in a school or clinical setting Skilled in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting assessment results Strong written and verbal communication abilities Adept at collaborating with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams Comfortable managing a varied caseload and adapting to changing priorities

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing counseling to approximately 10 high school students, with sessions scheduled weekly or biweekly, addressing social-emotional and behavioral needs Complete 28 student evaluations over the academic year, including assessments, reports, and participation in eligibility meetings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to support student learning and well-being Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant ethical and legal guidelines Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, consulting on student progress and intervention strategies Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field Discover the chance to make a lasting impact on students' educational journeys in a high school setting, while also enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid role.
