Qualifications and Experience:

Active Rhode Island Psychologist credential required (RI Psych) Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to evolving student needs and caseload Positive, solutions-focused approach to supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to help guide student interventions Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators on effective strategies for learning and behavior challenges Develop and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students as needed Provide direct counseling or intervention services to students individually and in small groups Help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school culture Maintain thorough and confidential documentation and progress monitoring
