Qualifications:
Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (state requirements met) Strong background in behavioral interventions and counseling Experience with psychoeducational and behavioral assessments Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and MTSS preferred Previous school-based or relevant clinical experience
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and small-group counseling to support emotional and behavioral growth Conduct psychoeducational and behavioral evaluations, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) Assist with developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) implementation Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP and Section 504 meetings Contribute to crisis response and safety planning Develop transition plans helping students reintegrate into home schools
