Key Qualifications:
School Psychologist certification Strong background in behavioral intervention and counseling Previous experience working with students with complex social, emotional, and behavioral needs is preferred Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and MTSS frameworks
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to students Conduct psychoeducational and behavioral assessments Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) Assist with the development and monitoring of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Support implementation of MTSS practices Consult with educators and families on student needs and interventions Participate actively in IEP and Section 504 meetings Assist in crisis response and safety planning Develop transition plans for successful student reintegration
