An opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support K12 students within Chesterfield District 01 in Chesterfield, SC. This on-site role offers the opportunity to join an established school psychology department and provide consultation, problem-solving, intervention support, and mental health services within an MTSS framework. POSITION DETAILS

• Full-time position for the 20262027 school year
• MondayFriday schedule, 37.5 hours per week
• On-site school setting in Chesterfield, SC
• Support K12 students
• Support an established school psychology department
• Provide consultation and problem-solving support
• Support student interventions within an MTSS framework
• Provide mental health and student support services
• Apply knowledge of crisis prevention and intervention practices
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate degree or Education Specialist degree in School Psychology or Educational Psychology
• Commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive educational environments
• Expertise in evidence-based practices, including assessment, intervention, and mental health support
• Strong consultation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP)
• Experience working in a school setting
• Knowledge of federal and South Carolina special education laws and compliance requirements
• Experience with multicultural education and culturally responsive practices
