Mount Pleasant, SC CARF-Accredited Organization Role Focus:
This is an assessment-only role. The LPES does not carry a therapy caseload. Work is focused exclusively on administering, scoring, interpreting, and reporting on psycho-educational and psychological evaluations. This role is designed for LPES providers who want consistent, in-person assessment referrals with strong administrative support and full clinical autonomy over their evaluation work. Position Overview Trusted Results Therapy Group is seeking a licensed and experienced Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist (LPES) to conduct comprehensive in-person psychological and psycho-educational evaluations at our Mount Pleasant, SC location. This position is available as full-time or part-time and offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a dedicated assessment-focused workload without a required therapy caseload. Providers in this role maintain full clinical autonomy over their evaluation process while benefiting from consistent referral volume, dedicated testing space, administrative intake support, and a collaborative interdisciplinary practice environment. Key Responsibilities Administer, score, and interpret psycho-educational and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults Conduct comprehensive cognitive, academic, autism, and diagnostic evaluations in a professional and trauma-informed manner Prepare thorough, clearly written evaluation reports including diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations, completed within agreed timeframes Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation in TRTG's electronic health record (EHR) system Collaborate with TRTG clinicians, psychiatry staff, and external providers as clinically indicated Adhere to professional standards, SC licensure requirements, and TRTG documentation protocols Compensation and Work Structure Schedule Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling Assessment scheduling coordinated by TRTG's dedicated administrative and intake team Work Setting In-person only at TRTG's Mount Pleasant, SC location (550 Long Point Rd, Suite 105) Dedicated testing office space, assessment instruments, and EHR access provided Required Qualifications Current Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist (LPES) license in South Carolina Graduate degree in Psychology, School Psychology, or a closely related field Demonstrated experience administering and interpreting psycho-educational and psychological assessments Proficiency with standard assessment instruments including WISC-V, WAIS, WIAT, Woodcock-Johnson, Vineland, ADOS-2, BASC, and Conners Strong written communication skills with ability to produce clear, actionable evaluation reports Ability to work independently and manage assessment workflow within a group practice setting Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting autism spectrum evaluations and differential diagnosis Experience across the lifespan including children, adolescents, and adults Familiarity with EHR platforms and digital documentation workflows Experience in a high-referral or multi-clinician practice environment Why Trusted Results Therapy Group Assessment-focused role with no therapy caseload requirement Consistent referral pipeline managed by a dedicated intake and administrative team Dedicated in-person testing space with appropriate materials and instruments provided Full clinical autonomy over evaluation methodology and reporting Collaborative, interdisciplinary practice culture including therapy, psychiatry, and RBHS services Competitive salary with medical, dental, vision, PTO, and professional development support CARF-accredited organization with a strong operational infrastructure About Trusted Results Therapy Group Trusted Results Therapy Group is a CARF-accredited multi-location behavioral health practice operating across South Carolina.
