Desired Qualifications:

Current, active School Psychologist license from the state of South Carolina Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills Experience in a K-12 school environment highly preferred Excellent communication and report writing abilities Ability to develop and implement individualized plans for students with a range of needs Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes across varying age groups

Key Responsibilities:

Administer psychological and educational assessments to students in grades K-12 Analyze test results and prepare clear, actionable reports for school teams and parents Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, offering expertise in special education eligibility and intervention planning Provide individual and group counseling services as appropriate Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address academic or behavioral concerns Assist in developing behavior intervention plans and monitor student progress throughout the year Maintain detailed and confidential student records in alignment with ethical and legal guidelines This role begins immediately and lasts through the full school year, concluding May 21, 2027.
