Job Description

Make an impact in the lives of students as a dedicated School Psychologist supporting K-12 learners across a dynamic district. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity offers the chance to collaborate within a supportive educational setting and utilize your expertise to foster positive change. Your skills will be essential as you provide a range of psychological services to students and staff, including assessment, intervention, consultation, and advocacy. With a district-wide K-12 caseload, you'll enjoy both variety and the chance to engage with learners at every stage of development.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active and valid Tennessee School Psychologist license required Previous experience working as a school psychologist in K-12 settings highly valued Strong ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations Proficiency in behavioral and academic interventions Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for students Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs Develop and help implement behavior intervention plans Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings Deliver crisis intervention services as needed Promote student mental health, academic achievement, and social development As part of this role, youll have the rewarding opportunity to help shape the educational experiences of students throughout the district.
