Prior experience in mental health preferred Pay & Benefits Pay rate: $115.00 per hour Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement support when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with laws 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You'll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on records and clinical interviews with inmates Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical staff, social workers, and security personnel to coordinate care and treatment plans Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans for inmates Perform regular rounds in confined housing areas to assess inmate mental health and adjustment Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention as needed Offer support and interventions to address inmate crisis situations Maintain thorough documentation in line with facility procedures and legal requirements What You Need Active or eligible license in psychology (board eligible accepted) Prior experience in mental health or correctional settings preferred Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, counseling techniques, and crisis intervention Excellent communication and collaboration skills About the Assignment This assignment involves providing mental health services at a correctional facility, working as part of a dedicated mental health team to ensure optimal inmate care. Your role is critical in assessing, planning, and delivering effective psychological support within a structured environment.
