Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Conduct psychological assessments and screenings for inmates based on medical records and interviews Develop and modify individual treatment plans aligned with patient needs Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention as needed Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical staff, social workers, and security personnel to ensure integrated patient care Perform regular inmate rounds in confinement units to assess mental health status Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with facility protocols What You Need Valid license or licensure eligibility as a Psychologist Experience in mental health, preferably in correctional or inpatient settings Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic interventions relevant to inmate populations About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Whiteville, Tennessee, committed to providing excellent mental health services to its inmate population.
