Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide expert psychotherapy and counseling services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges through evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans. Duties Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Implement crisis intervention techniques to support clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies or co-occurring disorders. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices, including behavioral health interventions for patients with autism, developmental disabilities, PTSD, addiction issues, grief, or chronic pain. Maintain meticulous clinical documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards while ensuring accurate medical records and coding (CPT codes). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management efforts for inpatient and outpatient populations across pediatric, adult, geriatric, and special education settings. Utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions while ensuring compliance with clinical ethical guidelines and data collection protocols for research purposes. Skills Extensive experience in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral management, and evidence-based practices. Proficiency in crisis management skills including crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies for urgent mental health situations. Strong working knowledge of
