Qualifications & Experience:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Previous experience working in school settings highly preferred Strong understanding of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify students strengths and challenges Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention plans Provide counseling services, crisis intervention, and support for students social-emotional needs Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to promote effective instructional strategies and positive environments Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings and eligibility determinations Stay current with best practices in school psychology and district guidelines
