Job Description

Exciting contract opportunity available for a skilled School Psychologist to support K-12 students across an itinerant caseload. In this dynamic role, youll work onsite, collaborating closely with educators and families to facilitate a positive learning environment for all students. Youll focus primarily on evaluations, re-evaluations, and assessments to help students access the educational resources they need to thrive.
Key Qualifications:
Current Texas School Psychologist license (required) Experience performing student evaluations, re-evaluations, and psychoeducational assessments Ability to manage varying caseloads across multiple grade levels (K-12) Bilingual skills are a plus, but not mandatory Previous experience working in schools highly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and consultation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, re-evaluations, and behavioral assessments in compliance with state and local regulations Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective intervention strategies Support students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth through specialized assessments and recommendations Provide guidance on behavioral intervention plans and appropriate educational accommodations Maintain accurate records and documentation consistent with district policies Benefits include consistent full-time hours during the school year with a structured Monday-Friday schedule.
