Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field Experience with psychoeducational assessments and eligibility determination Expertise in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong communication and consultation skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families Ability to provide counseling and recommend evidence-based interventions Experience navigating multi-disciplinary teams and crisis intervention a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for students, teams, and families Participate in eligibility meetings, developing recommendations for appropriate supports or services Collaborate with educators, counselors, and administration to enhance learning environments Design and monitor interventions for academic, behavioral, and socio-emotional support Facilitate small group and individual counseling sessions as needed Serve as a resource and advocate for students mental health and educational success Maintain confidential, accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to guide positive change and create welcoming school environments.
