Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide expert psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions to diverse patient populations. Your expertise will support individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, helping them achieve mental wellness and resilience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through comprehensive patient care, innovative treatment planning, and collaborative teamwork within a supportive clinical environment. Duties Conduct thorough mental health assessments and psychological testing to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and autism spectrum disorder support strategies. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions across outpatient and inpatient settings, addressing issues like trauma-related disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, addiction, PTSD, and behavioral health concerns. Perform crisis intervention to support patients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including social workers, medical professionals, and educators—to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines while ensuring confidentiality. Participate in research initiatives to advance clinical practices and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts. Skills Extensive experience in child & family counseling, school-based therapy, geriatrics, pediatrics, and working with individuals with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder. Proven supervising experience with junior clinicians or interns in clinical settings. Strong skills in crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care approaches. Proficiency in telehealth therapy platforms and delivering mental health services remotely. Expertise in conducting mental health diagnostics, psychological testing, and individual psychological assessments. Knowledge of evidence-based practice principles for behavioral health treatments across diverse populations. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards, medical records management, and clinical ethical guidelines. Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing trauma-related disorders or substance use challenges within inpatient or outpatient environments. Experience working with children and adolescents in school or community settings is highly desirable. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
