Job Description

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field Active certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Texas Proven experience within a school setting preferred Extensive knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively as part of multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students Interpret test results and prepare detailed evaluation reports Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs and behavior intervention plans Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed Participate in eligibility meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Promote positive mental health, conflict resolution, and social skills development for students Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations This contract position offers the flexibility and meaningful work that empowers you to make a direct impact.
