Job Description
American Mobile Healthcare seeks a dedicated and empathetic School Psychologist to join our expanding educational services team. Our mission to foster comprehensive learning and mental wellness integrates with our clinical excellence in healthcare. As a School Psychologist in our network, you will play a pivotal role in advancing educational outcomes and psychological well-being of students across various health facility-linked educational programs. The successful candidate will engage with students to provide support, assessment, and intervention services in an educational setting structured around an inclusive and supportive environment. Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose and gauge student needs. Implement individual and group counseling sessions to promote mental wellness and educational success. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to create holistic developmental plans for students. Advise on crisis management protocols and provide immediate support during crises. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to review and adjust educational and psychological interventions. Lead workshops and training sessions for parents, teachers, and staff on mental health awareness and coping strategies. Required Skills Proficient in administering psychological tests and interpreting results. Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, educational theory, and behavioral therapy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
