Job Description

Shape a positive impact in elementary education as you partner with students and staff across three campuses this school year. This full-time contract opportunity places you in an essential role supporting a thriving educational community, where you'll use your expertise in assessment to help ensure the best learning outcomes for every child. Your role focuses on conducting comprehensive evaluations—there is no counseling component, as each campus is equipped with its own counseling staff. With a flexible working arrangement, one virtual workday per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, consistently chosen at the start) allows you to balance remote tasks with meaningful, on-site collaboration.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active School Psychologist license issued in Texas Experience in psychoeducational assessment for elementary-aged students Strong understanding of special education compliance, eligibility, and documentation processes Ability to effectively communicate findings to staff and families Skilled at organizing workflow across multiple campuses Professional references required prior to final candidate consideration
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage assessment processes for three elementary campuses Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and service providers to support student evaluations Prepare detailed, compliant psychoeducational reports Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings Maintain accurate records and stay current on state educational guidelines Coordinate your weekly virtual day as agreed upon with district leadership Envision utilizing your assessment skills where they matter most—empowering students and teachers districtwide.
