Qualifications and Experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or closely related field Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist Previous experience working with high school or adolescent populations preferred Familiarity with psychoeducational assessments, IEPs, and
MTSS/RTI
frameworks Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work onsite and engage directly with students and staff
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students Participate as a core member of multidisciplinary teams to develop, review, and monitor IEPs Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services as needed Support implementation of evidence-based intervention strategies Work collaboratively with teachers and administrators to promote positive behavioral supports Provide guidance for parents, staff, and students regarding social-emotional wellness
