Actual Compensation:
$550-$600 per completed autism evaluation, DOE. This is a flat-rate, per-evaluation 1099 position rather than an hourly position. The hourly range shown on Indeed represents the approximate equivalent compensation.
Job Description:
Sunrise Speech Therapy is looking for a licensed psychologist to conduct pediatric autism diagnostic evaluations at our growing pediatric private practice. Our office is located at 4408 E Pony Express Pkwy, Suite D, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005, conveniently located near the Saratoga Springs/Eagle Mountain border. This is a highly flexible 1099 contractor position and is ideal for a psychologist looking to add a small number of evaluations around an existing job or private practice. You choose the days and times you are available, and evaluations can be scheduled around your existing commitments. We expect to start with just a few evaluations per month and grow based on demand, your availability, and your interest.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive pediatric autism diagnostic evaluations Complete developmental and diagnostic interviews as appropriate Administer, score, and interpret the ADOS-2 and other clinically appropriate assessment measures Integrate developmental history, observations, testing, and other relevant information Consider appropriate differential diagnoses Determine diagnosis based on the complete clinical evaluation Complete a comprehensive written diagnostic report Provide diagnostic feedback and recommendations to parents/caregivers Compensation is paid per completed evaluation and includes the clinical evaluation, scoring and interpretation, written report, and parent/caregiver feedback.
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Utah Psychologist license required PhD or PsyD in psychology Experience evaluating and diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder in children Training and demonstrated competency administering and scoring the ADOS-2 Experience with differential diagnosis and appropriate supporting developmental, cognitive, behavioral, and/or adaptive assessment measures Strong diagnostic report-writing skills Comfortable independently managing the clinical evaluation and diagnostic process Text Kjirsten if interested: 801-980-1510
