Who we are: Alliance Psychology is a well-established professional outpatient mental health clinic in Orem and Spanish Fork. We are a practice of providers trained in different modalities (e.g., counseling and clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, clinical mental health counseling) who have worked in a number of settings (e.g., university counseling centers, community mental health clinics, private practice, inpatient facilities, school systems) with a variety of diverse populations and clinical concerns. Our diversity in training and experience offer unique opportunities to collaborate and learn from one another. We provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We also conduct outreach, psychotherapy groups and do psychological evaluations, including diagnostic clarification, personality testing, intelligence testing, learning disorder testing, ADHD testing, and pre-surgery evaluations. We have full- and part-time openings for psychologists, LMFTS, and CMHCs, specifically for those who work with children and adolescents.

Job Requirements:

We prefer applicants who are licensed psychologists, MFTs or CMHCs. Candidates who have recently graduated and are currently psychology residents, AMFTs, or ACMHCs will be considered. We are NOT currently accepting applicants who are CSWs or LCSWs. Candidates need to have graduated from an accredited brick-and-mortar PhD, PsyD, MFT, or CMHC program. We are NOT currently accepting applicants who have graduated from online programs. Only those candidates whose graduate programs required regular and live (or taped) supervision will be considered. We prefer candidates who have solid training and practice with children, adolescents or couples, and/or specific skills that can add to the practice.

Compensation:

Pay is competitive and dependent upon degree, work experience, and how many hours a provider commits to work each week. Newly licensed full-time psychologists can expect a base pay of $80 per billed hour; newly licensed full-time MFTs or CMHCs can expect a base pay of $65 per billed hour. Additional compensation is available for training others, supervising, or overseeing some aspect of the practice.
