Job Description
NeuroPsych Wellness Center, PC - Northern Virginia NeuroPsych Wellness Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to join our growing outpatient practice in Northern Virginia. We offer a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment, along with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation. Position Overview We are looking for a licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience in psychological and neuropsychological testing for children and adolescents. This role focuses on diagnostic clarification and cognitive/behavioral assessment, with support from an established multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents, including: ADHD Learning disorders Autism spectrum disorders Anxiety and mood disorders Behavioral and emotional concerns Provide clear, timely, and clinically useful testing reports Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists Participate in a well-established testing program alongside a Director of Services, postdoctoral fellows, and advanced externs Complete documentation and billing in a timely manner Coordinate care and referrals with community providers as needed Practice Environment Established outpatient group practice with 30+ clinicians Multidisciplinary care model including: Medication management (Psychiatrists, NPs, PAs) Psychotherapy (licensed therapists) Psychological testing services Interventional treatments (TMS, Spravato) Strong referral base from local providers and community networks Current testing program primarily serves ages 16 and above, with expansion to younger populations Qualifications Ph.D. or Psy.
D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology Licensed (or license-eligible) Clinical Psychologist in Virginia Experience conducting psychological testing for children and adolescents preferred Must be ADOS certified Minimum 1 year experience in: Intake evaluations Outpatient mental health setting Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
