2026-2027 Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and collaborative School Psychologist to join a supportive school team in Stafford, Virginia for the 2026-2027 school year. This role focuses on conducting evaluations, supporting special education services, and partnering with school staff and families to promote student success. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations Complete assessments to determine special education eligibility Interpret assessment data and develop comprehensive written reports Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and parent conferences Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators Support the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and adhere to timelines Qualifications Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology Active Virginia School Psychologist license/credential Previous school-based experience preferred Strong experience with evaluations, IEP processes, and eligibility meetings Excellent report writing, communication, and collaboration skills Additional Details Full-time schedule with a consistent weekly workload Opportunity to work within a collaborative and student-centered environment Ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented and passionate about assessment and student support #p34
