Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Vermont School Psychologist Certificate required Experience with K-12 student populations highly desired Ability to manage a balanced caseload across multiple buildings Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills Collaborative approach toward working with teachers, administration, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psycho-educational assessments to identify student strengths and needs Deliver intervention and counseling services for students, individually and in groups Consult with faculty and staff to design and monitor effective support strategies Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions Support a positive, inclusive climate focused on student success and well-being Document progress and complete all necessary reports and evaluations in a timely manner This contract role is a chance to make an impact throughout the district by supporting both students and educators.
