Desired Qualifications:

Valid Vermont School Psychologist Certificate (required) Experience working with K-12 populations, preferably across multiple school sites Strong knowledge of current assessment tools and intervention strategies Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Commitment to fostering educational equity, positive behavior, and emotional wellness

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students in all grade levels Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized learning and behavioral plans Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services school-wide Support the implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Guide and participate in eligibility, IEP, and 504 meetings as an integral team member Offer district-wide consultation for mental health and academic needs This role provides the chance to serve a vibrant community within a collaborative school district, surrounded by Vermont's natural beauty.
