Qualifications:

Valid Vermont School Psychologist Certificate required Experience with K-12 student populations strongly preferred Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessments, intervention strategies, and IEP development Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a district-wide caseload and travel between four buildings

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students across K-12 Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and student support plans Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation as needed Partner with families, teachers, and administrators to identify and address barriers to learning Promote positive behavioral supports and mental health initiatives district-wide Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines
