Job Description
Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students from elementary through high school as a School Psychologist on a contract basis. What we're looking for: Valid licensure as a School Psychologist Certification to serve K-12 student populations Experience working within elementary, middle, and/or high school settings Solid understanding of current educational laws and best practices Outstanding communication and consultation abilities Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing interventions Adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about empowering students of all backgrounds Key responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret data to identify student strengths and needs Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct and indirect counseling, crisis intervention, and recommendations for behavior management Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to create safe, supportive learning environments Offer guidance on evidence-based strategies to foster academic and social-emotional growth Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and school-wide initiatives If you are motivated to make a genuine difference every day and eager to bring your professional skills to a vibrant academic community, this role offers the chance to advance your career while championing student success.
