Succeed:

Valid Washington School Psychologist License Experience working with students in grades K-12 (preferred) Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, administrators, and families Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Proficiency in conducting assessments, evaluations, and interpreting test data

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive psychological and counseling services to students across K-12th grades Conduct psycho-educational assessments and interpret results to support student learning and well-being Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor effective IEPs and 504 plans Offer crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and consultation services Support teachers and parents by providing insight and strategies for addressing student challenges Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
