Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist Experience conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and supporting IEP processes Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with a range of counseling and behavioral strategies in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

Perform psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to identify and address student needs Provide direct and indirect counseling and behavioral interventions Participate actively in response-to-intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Monitor and document student progress, adjusting support plans as needed Lead or contribute to professional development, training colleagues and supporting staff development As a valued school-based professional through this contract, youll gain the chance to make meaningful differences each day.
