Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field Current or eligible School Psychologist licensure in Wisconsin Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting Strong knowledge of assessments, IEP development, and data-driven decision-making Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students K-12 Participate actively in the development and monitoring of IEPs, 504 plans, and behavioral support plans Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and well-being Provide consultation, crisis intervention, and short-term counseling as needed Promote positive school climate and advocate for the mental health needs of all students
