1 Description American Traveler seeks a Radiation Therapist with ARRT certification and 1+ years of experience for a hospital Radiation Oncology/Cancer Center department. Details Hospital-based Cancer Center/Radiation Oncology department Variable day shift schedule on a 5x8 basis Every other weekend rotation required Floating required as needed No on-call requirements Uses Varian linear accelerator and Record and Verify System Uses EPIC for electronic medical records Requirements ARRT certification required BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of recent experience in radiation therapy required License required if applicable Experience with daily delivery of radiation therapy treatment required Experience with Varian linear accelerator and Record and Verify System required Additional Information Responsible for daily delivery of radiation therapy treatments Black scrubs required, hoodies not permitted Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months Local candidates accepted within 50 miles at a reduced bill rate Local candidates within 50 miles limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer outside the radius
