We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of oncology patients. Location:
Multiple sites across the Phoenix Valley What You'll Do Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the oncologist Educate patients on procedures, side effects, and care expectations Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team Perform simulations and create immobilization devices Operate radiation therapy equipment (Elekta experience preferred) Conduct daily quality assurance (QA) checks on equipment Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation Support new technology implementation and assist with student training What You Bring ARRT Certification (required) 1-2+ years of radiation therapy experience (preferred) Bachelor's degree (preferred) Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Strong patient care, communication, and observation skills Ability to travel between clinic locations with reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance & multiple supplemental options) 401(k) retirement plan Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates Supportive, mission-driven work environment Learn more: www.ironwoodcrc.com "Outsmarting Cancer, One Patient at a Time."
