Primary Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed doses of radiation to patients as directed by clinical protocols and physician instructions Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for daily procedures Monitor patient responses and document treatment details in electronic medical records Provide education, support, and reassurance to patients and their families throughout the treatment process Collaborate with physicians, physicists, and dosimetrists to optimize treatment planning and delivery Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives as needed
