Travel Assignment | 13 Weeks Schedule Information Day Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Radiation Therapist Requirements Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program required Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (T) required Current Kentucky Radiation Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure Minimum of 1-3 years of recent radiation therapy experience required Current BLS/CPR certification required Experience operating linear accelerators, radiation treatment equipment, oncology information systems, and electronic medical records Strong patient care, communication, and organizational skills Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining precision and safety in a fast-paced oncology setting Key Responsibilities Deliver prescribed radiation treatments in accordance with physician orders and individualized treatment plans Accurately position patients and verify treatment parameters before each procedure to ensure precise treatment delivery Operate radiation therapy equipment and monitor patients throughout treatment sessions Observe patients for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly to the radiation oncology team Maintain complete and accurate documentation within the oncology information system and electronic medical record Adhere to all radiation safety, infection prevention, and quality assurance standards Educate and support patients throughout their treatment while providing compassionate, patient-centered care Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible patient outcomes About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is hiring experienced Radiation Therapists for a 13-week travel assignment in Georgetown, KY.
