Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$73.70 Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide high-quality radiation therapy to cancer and osteoarthritis patients using advanced equipment including Trilogy and Trubean machines Operate specialized X-ray and radioactive treatment devices as prescribed by physicians Maintain accurate treatment records and prepare operational reports Assist in the management and supply of treatment equipment and materials Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized patient care Follow all safety protocols and treatment guidelines What You Need Associate Degree in Radiation Therapy or related field Louisiana MRT and RRT licenses Current BLS certification from AHA Experience working with SBRT, IMRT, and breathhold treatments preferred Ability to operate Trilogy and/or Trubean radiation therapy machines Strong communication and patient care skills About the Assignment This position is at a reputable healthcare facility in Alexandria, specializing in cancer and osteoarthritis treatments. The radiation therapy team performs advanced procedures including SBRT and IMRT, providing comprehensive care to diverse patient populations. The role offers a balanced schedule in a dynamic clinical environment.
