Schedule/Hours:

Monday to Friday Day Shift (8 hours each day) No weekends or holidays

Key Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts radiation therapy license required at time of application Certification in BLS and ARRT (T) Minimum of one year of radiation therapy experience True Beam Linear Accelerator experience preferred Flexibility to float to nearby campuses (primarily University, but may rotate to Memorial, Fitchburg, and Marlborough)

Primary Responsibilities:

Administer radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and established protocols Operate and monitor advanced radiologic equipment, with a focus on accelerator systems Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all phases of treatment Accurately document patient sessions and maintain treatment records Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the oncology care team Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Assist with minor troubleshooting and patient positioning procedures
