. Key Responsibilities Deliver radiation treatments safely and accurately according to physician-prescribed treatment plans. Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in accordance with established protocols. Utilize Varian equipment and

effectively. Verify patient identity, treatment plans, positioning, and treatment parameters prior to therapy. Provide compassionate support and education to patients throughout their treatment. Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, physicists, nurses, and other members of the oncology team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow all radiation safety, quality assurance, and infection-control standards. Monitor patients throughout treatment and promptly communicate any concerns or changes in condition. ✅ Requirements 2+ years of Radiation Therapist experience ARRT(T) certification required BLS required Mississippi State License - may be obtained once the position is offered Recent experience with Varian equipment Experience with
