Schedule/Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8AM-5
PM Core Responsibilities:
Deliver radiation therapy to patients as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and standards. Prepare and operate equipment, including immobilization, treatment, and protection devices. Act as a liaison between providers and support staff, ensuring seamless patient care. Maintain accurate records, reports, and files. Participate in tumor localization and dosimetry procedures as needed. Uphold core competencies relevant to patient population and area. Follow policies relating to dress code, identification, and safety at all times.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Committee on Allied Health Education-accredited radiology program (or equivalent). Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Current BLS certification (American Heart Association). New Mexico Radiologic Technologist Licensure (required at hire). Two to five years of clinical radiation therapy experience preferred. Experience with
IMRT, LDR/HDR
