$80/hr Position Highlights Radiation Therapist assignment supporting adult and pediatric radiation oncology patients. Large academic/teaching hospital environment. Candidates must be fully competent with Varian TrueBeam, Halcyon, and ARIA. Experience with Vision RT or OSMS is preferred but not required. Head and neck and CNS/brain-spinal radiation experience required. First-time travelers may be considered with strong experience in a large radiation oncology department. BLS ACLS

Experience with Varian TrueBeam, Halcyon, and ARIA Required Clinical Experience Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapist experience At least 5 years preferred Experience in a large department setting strongly preferred Experience with adult acute-care and outpatient radiation therapy Head and neck radiation treatment experience CNS/brain and spinal cord treatment experience Competency with treatment planning and radiation therapy workflows Required Equipment & Technical Skills Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators Halcyon ARIA version 15 CBCT and kV/mV imaging Chart checks Dosimetry coordination Electron fields Beam modification and patient positioning Respiratory gating preferred DIBH experience preferred Vision RT/OSMS preferred Emergency response and crash-cart knowledge Defibrillator use and emergency case management Treatment Experience Head and neck cancers Brain and spinal cord/CNS tumors Hodgkin's and Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma Leukemia Pancreatic cancer Kidney cancer Pediatric cancer Testicular cancer Benign brain tumors Craniospinal treatments Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) Total Body Irradiation (TBI) Total Skin Irradiation (TSI) Prostate cancer with seeds/fiducials Internal radiation treatments Respiratory-gated treatments Schedule & Contract Details Monday-Friday, generally 10:30 AM-7:00 PM 8.5-hour workday with a 30-minute lunch 10-hour shifts may be scheduled during holiday weeks to maintain 40 guaranteed hours No call No weekend requirement First week onboarding schedule: approximately 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Variable shifts may be required based on department needs One RTO request allowed RTO must be disclosed at submission and included in the contract No post-offer or onsite RTO/schedule requests Black scrub pants with any scrub top

Requirements ARRT(T), Ohio license, BLS, and ACLS required Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapist experience Must be fully competent with TrueBeam, Halcyon, and ARIA Head and neck and CNS/brain-spinal experience required Active Ohio license must be available at submission Ohio fingerprinting must be completed urgently after signing Strict compliance deadline: Tuesday before the start date, with no exceptions Two professional references required; at least one must be from a manager, director, supervisor, or formal leader Charge Therapist may be accepted as the second reference; coworker references are not accepted Former employees must be separated from the facility for at least 6 months Current employees are not eligible for travel assignments within the organization Education must meet applicable accreditation requirements Flu vaccination required; medical exemptions only BI01
