What You'll Do:

Assist in performing radiation therapy treatments using advanced equipment such as Varian TrueBeam, Trilogy, and Elekta-Nucletron systems Prepare and verify treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions Document treatment procedures accurately in the EPIC EMR and ARIA treatment system Support daily clinic operations and coordinate with multidisciplinary staff Participate in maintaining compliance with accreditation standards (ACR, ACoS, HFAP, NSABP, QOPI) Contribute to a fully paperless, filmless treatment environment

What You Need:

Valid Ohio Radiation Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Proven experience in radiation oncology preferred Knowledge of treatment planning and delivery systems like Varian and Elekta equipment Strong attention to detail and patient care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the
