Setting:

hospital-based radiation therapy service in a travel assignment Responsibilities Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments using linear accelerators in accordance with treatment plans Position patients, apply immobilization devices, and verify setup with imaging and data prompts Operate treatment machines safely, monitor dose delivery, and adhere to safety protocols Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and other therapists to implement treatment plans Document treatments, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure clean, organized treatment spaces Monitor patient status during treatment sessions and report adverse events or equipment concerns promptly Requirements Active license or permit to practice radiation therapy as required in the state of Pennsylvania Certification as Radiation Therapist and/or per state/accrediting body requirements Relevant experience: 1 year of recent clinical radiation therapy experience preferred

Education:
