Job Description

We want you to join our team! The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders has multiple locations in the DFW area in need of a radiation therapist. The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders has more than 60 cancer specialists and 400 healthcare professionals representing many different areas of medical and administrative services across 22 locations throughout North Texas. We can offer you a competitive salary and a complete benefits package with health benefits starting on day one. All full time employees are eligible for an annual profit sharing bonus. The Center is a progressive community-based physician owned practice with multiple sites located in the DFW Metroplex and surrounding area. The Center is a member practice of the One Oncology Alliance and has a long history of patient centered care delivery. Service lines include Medical Oncology, Hematology, Surgical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and various supportive service lines. The Center also includes a robust imaging program inclusive of PET/CT, MRI, NucMed, CT, and Ultrasound. The Center provides a competitive salary, 401k options, profit sharing, short and long term disability, and full health, medical vision, and dental benefits. Additionally, professional and license dues are covered as well as uniform costs. Vacation accrual starts with hire date. Radiation therapists are also participants in the retention bonus program. Selected candidates will join a team of radiation therapists (across our multiple sites) and occasional prn support. Primary responsibilities will be routine clinic coverage and operations. Experience with the TrueBeam platform, SRS/SBRT, and VisionRT are of particular value to The Center. Qualifications for the ideal candidate include:
  • BS degree or certificate in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program
  • Licensed within the State of Texas
  • ARRT certified
  • Experienced with the TrueBeam platform
  • Experience with VisionRT
  • Capable of CT operations
  • Attention to detail
  • Safety culture mindset
  • Compassionate and understanding caregiver
