Key Responsibilities:

Accurately interpret and deliver radiation therapy according to physician prescriptions Operate TrueBeam and Halcyon treatment machines, using Aria for record and verification Perform simulations and assist in treatment planning, including tumor localization and dosimetry Support radiation oncologists during brachytherapy procedures Serve as a clinical resource, occasionally instructing radiation therapy students Assess daily patient needs, triaging to nursing staff as appropriate for further evaluation

Qualifications:

Valid and active Virginia Radiation Therapist license required at submission Proficient in operating TrueBeam and Halcyon systems, with experience in Aria Record/Verify Demonstrated expertise in all facets of radiation therapy, including simulation and treatment planning Previous experience supporting brachytherapy procedures preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills, with dedication to safe, compassionate patient care You will contribute to patient wellbeing while operating top-tier equipment in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
