1 Description American Traveler is hiring a CT/XR Technologist with ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certification for a diagnostic imaging role requiring at least 1 year of experience. Details Diagnostic imaging department performing CT and radiography (XR) exams M-F schedule, 7:30am-4pm 13-week assignment May be required to take call and report to work within 20 minutes Rotating shifts as required Requirements Current ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certification required BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of experience required High school diploma or GED required Completion of a CT/XR training program required Flu vaccine required License required if applicable Additional Information Perform radiographic examinations of all body parts for diagnostic interpretation Apply radiation protection principles during procedures Maintain patient records and files Participate in departmental quality assurance program Transport patients to and from radiology Work with patients and staff of diverse cultural and religious backgrounds Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards Pursue continuing education as required First-time travelers may be considered
