The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced neurology practice. This role supports our providers by delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Responsibilities Perform high-quality radiographic imaging according to provider orders and established protocols. Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure their comfort, privacy, and safety. Verify patient identity and orders, document all required information accurately in the EHR. Maintain and operate radiology equipment, ensuring it is safe, clean, and functional. Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain appropriate shielding and exposure practices. Assist with maintaining imaging logs, quality assurance records, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with providers, medical assistants, and front-office staff to ensure smooth clinic flow. Support clinical workflow as needed, including room turnover, stocking supplies, and assisting with patient care tasks within scope. Communicate imaging results workflow to patients (not diagnostic interpretation). Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly. Experience Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT certification Must obtain MRI registry within a year. Current BLS certification preferred. Previous outpatient or neurology experience a plus, but not required. Strong communication and patient-service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
