We care about our team member well-being and offer benefits that complement and support your work/life balance Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Student Rad Tech, you will gain hands-on experience, supporting diagnostic imaging to aid accurate patient diagnosis. Every day, you will assist in performing various imaging examinations (X-rays, CT, MRI), learning patient positioning, and contributing to positive patient experiences under supervision. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn, attention to detail, excellent communication, and a foundational understanding of imaging principles, committed to mastering workflow and image quality. Completes a comprehensive assessment on patients of all ages under the supervision of a Registered Technologist. Obtains pertinent medical history from patients by observation or with oral communication under the supervision of a Registered Technologist. Utilizes patient clinical assessment and patient clinical history in making professional judgment that supports the plan of patient care and properly documents the patient assessment and clinical history under the supervision of a Register Technologist. Ensures that communication supports the plan of patient care. Provides appropriate patient care during the correct performance of radiologic procedures.
