Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated CT/XR Technologist to join our client's healthcare team in Flagstaff, AZ. This full-time position involves performing high-quality CT and X-ray imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images. Prepare patients for exams, explaining the procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety. Monitor patients during imaging procedures, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the process. Operate and maintain CT and X-ray equipment, ensuring proper function and troubleshooting any issues. Assist with patient positioning to ensure optimal imaging results. Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and medical staff to provide the best possible care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all imaging data is properly documented. Adhere to safety standards, infection control protocols, and radiation safety guidelines. Provide compassionate patient care, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field. Certification in CT and X-ray through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Arizona State Radiologic Technologist license required. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in performing CT and X-ray procedures. Strong understanding of imaging techniques, equipment operation, and patient care protocols. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
